1) The whole machine adopts imported PLC for logic control and protection, improving the reliability of the whole machine;
2) The second unwinding, oven, and winding four stage closed-loop constant tension is controlled and displayed through a manual interface;
3) Three stage top opening constant temperature drying oven, with layered inlet and outlet air, negative pressure design, and secondary return air, which not only saves energy but also reduces the content of residual solvents;
4) Active synchronous transmission of guide rollers inside the oven reduces material stretching and deformation;
5) Two unwinding and rewinding devices, using AC reduction motors to achieve flipping dual stations and automatic feeding without stopping the rewinding, all using inflatable shafts as feeding shafts;
6) The second unwinding (facial mask and bottom film) adopts EPC gas-liquid deviation correction;
7) High precision mesh roller coating system, pneumatic scraper, uniform rubber roller, and adhesive circulation device;

11) The winding part uses two AC vector motors to control the taper tension, and the pneumatic back pressure roller cutter cuts and automatically rewinds to reduce losses.
