The GD series electrode type water level gauge sensor can be used in conjunction with various water level display instruments to achieve remote water level alarm and automatic control of boilers and other water storage containers, ensuring the safe and normal operation of boilers and water storage containers. There are at least two electrode rods with varying lengths inside the cylinder, each corresponding to a different water level; One end of the electrode rod is fixed to the end plate through a screw plug, and an insulating sleeve is lined between the electrode rod and the screw plug. The mating surfaces between the electrode rod, the insulating sleeve, the screw plug, and the end plate all adopt a conical structure, so the sensor has stable quality, is not prone to error signals, simple structure, and long service life.

3、 Installation and use:

1. This product must be installed vertically with a maximum deviation of ≤ 3 °. There should be a valve between the product and the container, connected to the valve through a flange, fitted with a gasket, and tightened with a nut to ensure a tight seal at the interface.

2. Connect a DN15 ball valve to the sensor drain outlet and connect it to the original liquid level gauge drain pipeline.

3. The sensor is installed on one side of the container and connected to the liquid level gauge on the other side. One end of the aviation cable (provided by the user) is securely connected to the sensor interface, and the other end is securely connected to the control instrument.

4. Please place the control instrument in a dry and ventilated area to ensure safe use by operators. Non professionals are not allowed to disassemble it.
