GC2030Classic gas chromatograph (button type) is an economical and practical gas chromatograph developed by Tate Instruments through dedicated research and development. It adopts a control system of "LCD screen+buttons", with a simple and intuitive interface operation, making it convenient for users to use.

Product Characteristics
1. Reasonably construct the gas source pathway and internal structure inside the instrument, make the layout of components more reasonable, reduce signal interference from components, improve detection accuracy, and ensure excellent stability and durability of the equipment.
2. The instrument has excellent repeatability. Under the experimental conditions of using an automatic sampler for injection, the repeatability error of the instrument test can reach 2%, which is better than the 3% specified by the national standard.
3. The column temperature box adopts a six channel independent temperature control system, an automatic rear door opening system, a 21 stage 21 platform program temperature rise, fast temperature rise/fall speed, and a temperature control accuracy of 0.1 ℃, making the equipment capable of large-scale sample analysis.
4. The whole machine adopts modular design and can work in parallel with multiple processors. It includes 2 types of injection port modules (capillary column injection port and packed column injection port), 5 types of high-performance detector modules (FID, TCD, ECD, FPD, and NPD), and can be installed with multiple injection ports and detector modules according to customer requirements (customizable six way valve, ten way valve gas injector, top air injector, thermal analysis injector, cracking furnace injector, methane conversion furnace). It supports up to 3 sets of injection ports and 4 types of detectors, making it convenient for users to upgrade and modify in the later stage.
5. It can be directly connected to the computer and operated through the PC network version chromatography workstation software (supporting up to 253 units) to achieve program control of the instrument's injection port, column temperature box, and detector temperature rise and fall. Under the condition that the customer is equipped with an automatic injection valve (or automatic sampler), it is possible to achieve a series of testing processes such as unmanned instrument operation, automatic temperature rise and ignition of the instrument, automatic loading method, and automatic calculation of test results, meeting the requirements of online testing.
6. The exclusive Internet of Things chromatograph technology, with built-in IP protocol stack, can upload test data to the computer of the on-site laboratory, department heads and superior leaders through the corporate LAN or the Internet, which is convenient for each department to monitor the operation of the instrument and test results in real time. It can directly connect with the manufacturer through the Internet to realize remote diagnosis of gas chromatograph, remote program update, etc.
7. It can be integrated with automatic samplers produced by multiple domestic and foreign manufacturers, such as Shimadzu's AOC-20i and Italy's HTA company's HT series high-efficiency gas-phase liquid automatic sampler, to reduce instrument detection errors caused by human factors and improve instrument testing accuracy.
