Working principle: According to the national standard preprocessing method, the product first collects the sample gas to be tested and enters the portable gas chromatograph. After quantitative analysis, it enters the chromatographic column for separation through valve switching. Total hydrocarbons, methane or characteristic factors are sequentially detected by the hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) to determine the concentrations of multiple components. Finally, the built-in processor calculates accurate values for total hydrocarbons, methane, non methane total hydrocarbons, and characteristic factors.

To ensure stable use of the instrument, the main unit and the heat tracing pipeline are powered by independent portable power sources
The gas paths for carrier gas, hydrogen gas, and combustion assisting gas require fully automatic electronic flow module (EPC) control. The precision of carrier gas pressure control reaches 0.001psi
The analyzer adopts a color touch screen, which can display the test concentration, test spectrum, and instrument parameter status. The analytical instrument can be connected to a mobile handheld terminal through a stable wireless connection and supports control through an app on the handheld terminal
■ Full process high temperature tracing: From sampling to FID detector, the entire process adopts high temperature tracing from 120 ℃ to 200 ℃, effectively solving the problem of sample condensation loss in high temperature and high humidity gas situations, and providing more accurate test results
