GC-2080A type of calorimeter, which isTengzhou Lunan Analytical Instrument Co., LtdFollowing the development of technology and in accordance with national standards, combined with the actual application needs of users, we have independently developed a fully automated gas analyzer that integrates automatic gas production system and analysis system. The injection valve and computer acquisition control are organically combined, with a simple structure and easy operation.
The content of nitrogen, carbon dioxide, methane, ethane, propane, isobutane, n-butane, isopentane, n-pentane and other components in the gas can be analyzed. It is also possible to accurately calculate the calorific value, white number, density, etc. of natural gas through the content of each component.
Instrument performance:
1Adopting microcomputer control circuit, high integration, stable and reliable, automatic recording and saving of operating parameters, one click startup, power on can run without the need for repeated parameter settings.
2The instrument adopts an integrated design of gas production system and analyzer, with small size, simple operation, and effective prevention of gas leakage and pipeline damage caused by gas connection. The instrument is more simple, beautiful, and easy to carry.

The injection system is more automated, using an organic combination of injection valve and data acquisition. By rotating the injection valve, the computer data acquisition is started simultaneously, effectively avoiding peak name misalignment and result errors caused by early or delayed startup of the computer acquisition system, thus obtaining good reproducibility and accurate analysis data.

Equipped with a gas cut-off protection system to prevent instrument damage caused by misoperation.

1.Detection of added gases such as dimethyl ether, methanol, carbon monoxide, nitrogen, etc. in liquefied petroleum gas
2.Detection of gas components such as liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, and coal gas
3.Detection of purity of dimethyl ether
4.Detection of nitrogen and methane in liquefied natural gas.
