It can achieve the national standard GB4156-2007 "Erikson cupping test for metal sheets and strips" to test the plastic deformation performance of metal sheets and strips during the test process, and to test the anisotropy of non-ferrous metal sheets.
The so-called cupping test refers to the use of a steel ball or ball punch of a certain specification to apply pressure to a specimen with a clamping force of 10KN around it, until a penetrating crack is formed in the specimen. At this time, the depth (mm) of the punch pressing is the cupping value of the tested plate, which is used to determine the plastic deformation performance of the material.
