3、 The use of air shower channels:

(1) Personnel entering the barrier environment should take off their outer clothing and remove items such as watches, mobile phones, and accessories in the external changing room.

(2) Enter the changing room and wear a clean suit, hat, mask, and gloves.

(3) When personnel enter the air shower channel, first adjust the air shower time, gently touch the power button on the air shower room panel, then press the lighting and fan buttons to enter the air shower channel, close the air shower channel door, and start blowing.

(4) After the air shower is over, enter the barrier environment;

(5) Management of air shower room:

1. The indoor and outdoor doors of the air shower should be opened and closed gently.

2. Personnel should not touch the switch casually during use.

When a malfunction occurs in the air shower room, the emergency stop switch should be turned off in a timely manner and reported to professional maintenance personnel for repair.

Suggestion:

Please raise both hands and rotate your body 360 degrees during the shower process to facilitate all-round dust removal.

Lay a sticky dust pad in the air shower channel, which can remove the dust under your feet and achieve better cleaning effect.
