The control system adopts multi way valve control systems from American brands such as AUTOTROL and FLECK, and the tank body adopts internationally advanced high-strength glass resin tanks. Control valve, softened water control valve, the controller issues instructions to the multi way valve according to a pre-set program, and the multi way valve automatically completes the opening and closing of each valve, thereby realizing various processes such as operation, backwashing, regeneration, and forward washing. This series of equipment has the characteristics of high automation, low operating costs, small footprint, and stable operation.
1、 Working principle:
The fully automatic water softener utilizes the principle of ion exchange to remove scaling ions such as calcium and magnesium from water, resulting in softened water quality. The system is an integrated device consisting of resin tanks, salt tanks (softened resin), and controllers. Installed centralized control valves from FLECK or multi way valves from AUTOTROL to achieve program control operation and automatic regeneration; Adopting the siphon principle for salt absorption, automatic water injection for salt hydration, and concentration ratio without the need for auxiliary equipment such as salt pumps and salt dissolution. Belonging to softening desalination, softening desalination equipment, and softening desalination machinery.
