5. Other functional requirements that can be met
5.1 The equipment operation control system is controlled by PLC program and can be programmed for more than 9 steps. The touch screen adopts Mitsubishi brand.
5.2 Temperature control: PID control SSR switch is used for temperature control. The temperature sensor adopts K-type double protection shell thermocouple. When the studio temperature exceeds the set value of 5 ℃, stop heating and sound an alarm.
5.3 Safety functions: Heating is equipped with over temperature protection, vacuum alarm, nitrogen pressure alarm, compressed air pressure alarm, cooling water flow alarm, fan overload alarm, emergency stop button, and leakage protection.
5.4 The total weight of the equipment is less than 2500Kg
5.5 The vacuum pump and pipeline shall be provided by the manufacturer.
The 5.6 program can control the interval setting time to charge a certain amount of nitrogen gas, and automatically run after setting the program.
5.7 Vacuum degree and temperature can be freely adjusted, and can be automatically maintained under a fixed temperature and a certain range of vacuum degree conditions.
The equipment control system is controlled by PLC program, with uniform temperature and reliable vacuum degree. Automatic timing: When the temperature rises to the set value, the device starts timing. When the timing reaches the set value, the device stops heating and is in a vacuum holding state. The process has password protection function. PLC can automatically collect and store temperature and vacuum data during the drying process, and record and save them.
5.9 The vacuum pump is automatically controlled by a digital vacuum gauge.
The sealing ring of the door of the 5.10 vacuum box ensures oil and heat resistance, is not easily detached, and is easy to replace.
5.11 The box should have heating tubes on all sides, including the top, bottom, left, and right. Four sets of heating tubes should be controlled using separate thermocouples and PID control units. There is a fan inside the box to ensure uniform temperature distribution, and thermocouples are installed at the fan circulation points to detect and control the temperature under normal atmospheric pressure.
5.12 Provide instructions for equipment operation, maintenance, repair, and common fault analysis.
