The operator only needs to place the washing basket containing the workpiece at the loading mechanism station. The single arm robotic arm automatically sends the washing basket into each process section in sequence, and after ultrasonic alkali washing, spray rinsing, acid washing, spray cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, vacuum drying and other treatments are carried out on the workpiece, the processed workpiece is automatically placed on the unloading mechanism and manually unloaded to complete the entire cleaning process.
