2. The purchaser shall provide power cables for the air supply to the host, power supply, sorting table, control cabinet, and power consumption point.

The supplier provides: automatic top covering film machine, automatic tray wrapping film machine automatic control system and special cables, communication cables, pneumatic systems, safety protection, spare parts and technical services used in the system.

1. Place the goods on the palletwrapping machineOn top, manually apply the new film and fix the wrapping film onto the tray clamp.

2. Then press the start button, and the turntable of the film wrapping machine will start to rotate according to the predetermined program. At the same time, the laminating machine will start to pull the top film to the packaging position and wait.

3. After the height sensing photoelectric sensor detects the height of the goods, the equipment starts to pause at the origin position, and the top covering machine releases the clamping film, causing the top covering film to fall to the top covering position.

4. After the release of the clamping film, the top covering machine returns to the original position, and the winding film machine starts winding from the top according to the established procedure.

5. After winding is completed, the machine automatically stops and the equipment is in its original position. The machine automatically breaks, touches, clamps, and unloads the film.

6. Complete a packaging process and wait for the next packaged item to be packaged.
