Ouqiao 500NanoXYThe standard configuration includes the provided sample dispersion method. Without any sample contamination or damage, vacuum dispersion can generate individual particle images within seconds.
Through the automatic X-Y pool, the system can automatically analyze the particle size and shape of all particles.

The Ouqiao 500NanoXY provides the possibility of real-time analysis in wet mode. By measuring in the flow cell, users can perform particle size measurement, particle shape analysis, and counting.

Particle Shape Parameter
- Ochio aspect ratio and elongation: Elongation=(1-aspect ratio)/aspect ratio; Elongation refers to the ratio of the width to the length of a particle.
- ISO flatness: For particles that are stretched very long, flatness is the ratio of the maximum diameter of the particle to the Feret length.
- ISO compactness and ISO roundness: compactness and roundness are related to the similarity between particles and disks. Compact is stronger than roundness.
- ISO circularity: The degree to which a particle (or its projected area) resembles a circle.
- ISO real product degree: Real product degree is the projected area of a particle divided by the area enclosed by the convex hull (a parameter used to detect aggregates).
- Ochio bluntness: The bluntness index represents the maturity of particles during wear.
- Ochio roughness: the amount of sample that needs to be ground off to make the particle surface smooth
- Grayscale: The average grayscale value of particles.
- Occhio porosity: pore size distribution and porosity evaluation
Scatter plot: It can obtain the distribution chart of particle size parameters on particle shape data. According to the particle size classification selected by the operator, all graphs are associated with particles *, and the operator can also click on the graph to visualize the selected particles.
Microscope mode: Display the parameters and images of the selected particles in scatter plots or on-site images. The operator can save the image separately in bitmap format. (Particle size&shape, trend chart, EXCEL output, correlation with screening method...)
