This set of equipment is a specially designed and customized new product for solid-liquid separation of sediment, garnet powder, and metal powder generated during the processing of water cutting equipment for users.
All safety instructions and safety signs must use internationally recognized markings; The equipment design scheme and review must be approved by Party A before it can be put into production. The safety and environmental protection requirements of the equipment must meet the current effective standards, and the equipment should be equipped with emergency stop devices.
Prepare a safety technical manual, which includes safety hazards, risk factors, and precautions (parameter settings, use of auxiliary tools, safety distance, etc.) during equipment use and protection processes. Operators must receive relevant training on the safety technical manual.
The surface of the carbon steel equipment is flat, the paint film is uniform, the color is coordinated, and there are no obvious cracks or peeling phenomena. The color of the inclined tube sedimentation tank equipment is red, the color of the mobile ladder is yellow, the paint layer color of the filter press equipment is gray, the color of the filter press cover and open water tank is sky blue, and the color of the remaining carbon steel is gray.

According to the maximum daily discharge capacity of 500KG of the water cutting equipment provided by Party A, the design of the sewage purification equipment is as follows:
1. Spray suction system: ① The spray pipe is composed of 9 branches of the air source pipeline (provided by the air source), made of carbon steel with 6 branches, and composed of one-way valve nozzles (7 nozzles per pipeline); ② The suction of sewage slurry adopts a self-priming non clogging sewage pump (model 50ZW10-20, 2.2KW, inlet and outlet diameter φ 50, process 10m3/h, Yang Cheng 20m).
2. Sewage purification system: ① Adopting inclined tube sedimentation tank equipment for sewage purification, with a capacity of 4m3, (including 1m3 of clean water tank and 3m3 of sewage tank) external dimensions: φ 1800mm × 3000mm in height; box material Q235 * plate thickness 3mm, ② inclined tube packing adopts polypropylene packing (specification φ 80 × thickness 0.8mm), sewage tank inlet is φ 50, and sewage outlet is φ 50; The outlet, overflow outlet, and sewage outlet of the clean water tank are all of diameter 80.
3. Sludge separation system: ① One hydraulic filter press with specifications is used; Length 2000 * 1000 * 1070+, filtration area 2m2, compression pressure 25MPa, filtration pressure 6MPa, number of matching plates 4 (filter plate specification 500 * 500 * 50). ② Cylinder vibration filter plate function (solves the adhesion between filter cake and filter cloth, making it difficult to fall off). ③ Place the filter cake truck under the filter press (to solve the problem of filter cake detachment and secondary cleaning)
3： Main technical features
This set of equipment is used to clean the mud water mixture generated during the production and processing of other equipment. It has the function of separating the mud water mixture into mud cake and water, and the water can be recycled, which is environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
4： Main configuration of the equipment
1. This equipment consists of a spray suction system, a 4m3 inclined pipe sedimentation tank, and a 2m2 hydraulic filter press.
2. The inclined tube sedimentation tank equipment has a manual blowing function in the air path, which can blow the sewage at any time according to different working conditions. According to the working conditions, the sewage level can be automatically cleaned. The inclined pipe sedimentation tank has automatic water inlet and outlet functions, and the filter press has automatic vibration to remove the filter cake.
