Main features:
1. The horizontal and vertical sealing temperatures are independently controlled, which can be well applied to various packaging materials such as composite films and PE films.
2. The packaging styles are diverse, including back sealing, corner insertion, bagging, punching, etc.
3. Chinese and English touch screen display, intuitive and simple operation.
4. The PLC computer control system runs more stably and can adjust any parameters without stopping the machine.
5. It can store ten sets of parameters, with more accurate variety replacement. It adopts dual servo motor control, making film pulling more accurate and faster.
6. Independent temperature control system with an accuracy of ± 1 ℃.
7. The production of bags, sealing, packaging, and printing dates is completed in one go, with a clean working environment and low noise.

Equipment production process flow:
Connect the power and set the temperature to a constant temperature ->set the packaging machine parameters (bag size and packaging weight) ->manually pour the material into the storage hopper - vibrate the material feeding ->start the screw to transport the material ->measure the screw ->print the production date ->bag making ->fill the material ->exhaust ->seal the packaging ->cut off ->output the finished product (this equipment is configured with a dual film transport mechanism: low film pulling resistance, fast film transport speed, etc.).
