working principle:

The rotary hot melt adhesive labeling machine automatically controls the operation of the equipment (low, medium, high, stop) through a detection point set on the conveyor chain in the bottle feeding direction. The bottle is conveyed to the rotary mechanism through a screw, and the equipment starts to operate automatically after receiving the bottle feeding signal feedback from the detection device. After passing through the tensioning mechanism and the correction device, the label enters the cutting mechanism and is cut into the specified length. The cut labels are transferred to the labeling mechanism through vacuum adsorption, and the rotating labeling mechanism rotates around the glue rolling mechanism, attaching hot melt adhesive labels to both ends of the bottle and onto the bottle of the rotating mechanism. After the bottle is flattened with a label brush, the labeling process is completed. At the same time, control the operating speed (stop or run) of the equipment through the detection points set on the bottle outlet chain.
