1、 Introduction to the fully automatic notch projection image analyzer:

Fully automatic notch projection image analyzerIt is mainly used for notch analysis of impact specimens in metal material testing. It has a unique optical imaging technology that captures the V-shaped and U-shaped notch images of the tested impact specimens through a 10 megapixel camera and lens, and collects the images on a computer monitor. The images are automatically captured and judged by specialized measurement software to accurately measure the size of V and U-shaped impact specimens. Realize one click automatic measurement, automatically identify the edge of the notch, automatically label the measurement data, instantly judge whether the sample is qualified according to the tolerance range specified in GB/T 229 standard sample, and automatically save the measurement results.

2、 Main parameters of notch projector:

2.1The rack adopts high-precision ball screw and has high linear slider auxiliary guidance to ensure sufficient rigidity and operational accuracy of the rack;

2.2Equipment light source: Adopting shadowless and non reflective LED parallel backlight source, the light source has uniform illumination and adjustable brightness;

2.3Gap analyzer lens: using industrial high pixel, telecentric lens or telecentric structure lens, high-definition brand lens, lens distortion of 0.03% -0.005% (different distortion at different magnifications), variable zoom at 50x magnification, automatic capture of impact sample size for measurement;

2.4According to the size requirements of the GB/T 229 standard specimen, all dimensions specified in the standard can be efficiently and conveniently measured: notch angle, notch depth, notch root radius, notch bottom height, specimen width, specimen length, notch longitudinal axis angle, specimen axial plane angle measurement, notch symmetry plane end distance measurement;

2.5Image measurement and annotation tools: There are various measurement tools such as straight line, length, distance between two points, and vertical distance from multiple points to the same straight line, as well as various annotation tools such as arrows, text, and point annotations. It has manual and automatic measurement of impact specimen dimensions and template comparison measurement functions. In case of errors in automatic measurement, manual measurement verification can be carried out;

2.6The analysis and measurement system can be redeveloped according to user measurement needs: secondary import of images for measurement function; Historical result query function; Expanded functions such as measuring the lateral expansion value of impact fracture, DWTT fracture measurement, and impact fracture fiber ratio measurement;
