Imported alloy steel cutting tools:
Imported alloy steel cutting tools are made of special alloy materials, manufactured in Europe, specifically designed for the XQZ-II electric notch making prototype. These tools are used for making standard sample notches required for impact testing of cantilever beams and simply supported beams.
The hardness is greater than HRC60, the surface roughness value is less than Ra0.4, the blade angle is 30 ± 0.1 °, it can be repeatedly ground, and the service life is long.
A-type cutting tool: The notch size of the produced sample is 45 °± 0.2 ° r=0.25 ± 0.05
B-type cutting tool: The notch size of the produced sample is 45 °± 0.2 ° r=1.0 ± 0.05
C-type cutting tool: The notch size of the produced sample is 45 °± 0.2 ° r=0.1 ± 0.02
