The fully automatic flat mask one to two production line is mainly used for producing 2-layer non-woven masks, 3-layer non-woven masks (with melt blown fabric added in the middle), and 4-layer activated carbon masks. Masks are generally divided into two length and width specifications, 17.5 × 9.5cm (for adults) and 15 × 9cm (for children).
Flat mask raw materials: 2-layer mask: non-woven fabric, nose bridge muscles, ear hooks.
3-layer mask: non-woven fabric, nose bridge, ear hook, filter cotton (filter paper).
Activated carbon mask: non-woven fabric, nose bridge muscles, ear hooks, filter cotton (filter paper), activated carbon cloth.

The main application scope of flat masks: Ear hanging elastic masks are mainly used in food factories, electronic instrument factories, pharmaceutical factories, beauty and hairdressing industries, home health care, etc. Strap masks are mainly used in the medical and health industry, especially suitable for surgical procedures.
The rack can adopt an all aluminum profile structure, which can be completely disassembled for convenient transportation.
Working principle
The entire production line is generally divided into: feeding machine, forming large sheet machine, slitting machine, ear belt machine, etc. as shown in the above figure. The functions of each production equipment are as follows:
1. The feeding machine is used for the winding of raw materials for mask production, and ensures the stable supply of non-woven fabrics and other materials to the forming and laminating machine through the damping brake mechanism of the material tray.
2. The main body of the molding and laminating machine uses folding groups, nose line groups, roller welding groups, and other components to seal the edges around the raw materials and cut them into shape.
3. The slitting machine divides the products produced by the laminating machine into one and two parts, and provides the products to the ear strap machine for production in the form of output bands.
4. The ear strap machine locates the mask through the mask pressing mechanism and conveyor disc, and uses ultrasonic welding technology to fix the ear strap.
