The dielectric strength of insulation oil is a routine test that must be measured. To meet market demand, our company has independently developed and produced a series of insulation oil dielectric strength testers based on national standard GB/T507-2002, industry standard DL429.9-91, and the latest power industry standard DL/T846.7-2004. This instrument is based on a single-chip microcomputer, which realizes full automation of testing, high measurement accuracy, greatly improves work efficiency, and also greatly reduces the labor intensity of staff.
1. This instrument adopts a microprocessor and a six cup integrated system, which automatically completes operations such as boosting, holding, stirring, static discharge, calculation, printing, etc. It can perform oil circulation pressure resistance tests within the range of 0-100kV.

For each oil sample, the breakdown voltage value and cycle number will be automatically stored.
