The milling head itself is equipped with an automatic clamping head and automatic clamping tool system, combined with the machine's spindle indexing function, which can achieve the automatic rotation of the milling head in the program, without the need for manual rotation, saving processing flow and time, and avoiding angle errors caused by human factors.


The original machine requires additional functions such as spindle indexing (C-axis function), a set of hydraulic circuits, a set of rotary milling head control programs, and can also be equipped with a vertical and horizontal automatic tool changing system.
