The laminating machine produced by Wenhong Company adheres to the advanced technology of Tokyo Packaging in Japan, integrates the strengths of various domestic and foreign companies, and has high production efficiency and stable quality. The machine consists of a flip paper receiving section (optional), a Feida paper feeding section, a noodle paper conveying section, a corrugated paper wave table, an upper pasting and bonding section, and a pressing output.
1. Description features:
The model is a fully automatic computer type, with program settings for positioning and automatic calibration of the entire machine. Simply enter the paper length and width on the human-machine interface, and the machine will automatically calibrate in place;
Pre standard tracking, computer-calculated servo compensation, timely tracking to ensure fitting accuracy;
The computer automatically calculates and tracks the distance between the front and back sheets when changing between large and small sheets, making full use of machine space and improving efficiency, reaching 10000 sheets per hour.
Omitting tedious manual calibration greatly saves calibration time;
2. Design of operational structure:
Paper front and back up and down electric eye reconnaissance, servo motor automatic correction;
The whole machine adopts imported timing belt transmission and silent design;
Adopting an automatic glue replenishment module to prevent glue loss or shortage;
Feida noodle paper adopts a fish scale feeding method to prevent the paper from deviating due to speed differences, ensuring that the noodle paper runs more stably at high speeds. The front and side gauges are calibrated and positioned for the first time, making the mounting accuracy more accurate;
Pit paper is driven by servo motors, transported by suction belts, and calibrated by pneumatic pressure, which is convenient and fast;
Feida dual sheet detection, multiple protection switches during paper feeding process to ensure smooth high-speed production.
3. Suitable paper for lamination:
Fit the Feida conveying printing cardboard with the base paper.

The Feida head adopts a German high-speed Feida head combined with front and rear side air blowing to ensure smooth paper feeding for more than 10000 sheets.

The lifting paper feeding platform adopts fiber optic electric eye proximity switch detection to avoid electrical faults caused by frequent starting of contact switches.
Feida noodle paper adopts a fish scale style feeding front gauge and side gauge positioning to ensure more stable paper feeding at high speeds;
Extended bottom paper feeding belt, pneumatic paper pressure rod, combined with servo motor for more stable paper feeding.
Electric rear pressure lever, easy to operate.
The wave paper table is equipped with a suction and dust collection filter device, which can absorb paper dust from the bottom paper and avoid blockage by the switch and blower.
The wave paper table is equipped with photoelectric counting eyes and paperless eyes. When there is no paper, the machine will stop and give an alarm.
The stainless steel mesh roller evenly applies paste, which can be used for tile or card pasting. The paste amount and the draft of the base paper can be easily adjusted through the handle to ensure that the paste is evenly applied to the base paper.
By detecting the height of the paste surface through a probe, the operation of the automatic pump paste system is controlled, and the loss of paste is automatically replenished to ensure the quality of the paste; When the probe detects no paste, if it cannot be replenished within 10 seconds, the machine will automatically stop.
The bonding between the face paper and the base paper is achieved through two sets of pressure rollers in the front and back. The gap between the first set of pressure rollers is the same as the thickness of the paper, and the second set of pressure rollers is 80% of the thickness of the paper, making the bonding of the product more firm.
Adopting synchronous toothed belt drive greatly improves the smoothness of transmission and reduces machine noise.
The laminated paper coming out of the pressure roller is fed into the pressure belt in an orderly and overlapping manner through the use of pressure strips.
By using a pressure conveying mechanism and a soft wide belt to press and transport paper, the paper can be adhered more firmly and smoothly, and subsequent work can be carried out at the pressing part.
The movable upper pressure conveying mechanism fully utilizes the space of the conveyor according to the size of the product.
Extended to a 6-meter pressure conveyor section, making the paper adhere more firmly and smoothly.
The power source of the whole machine adopts variable frequency motor servo motor transmission, ensuring different speeds required for different products.
The main transmission parts of the machine are driven by toothed belts, which reduces noise and minimizes the wear and tear of the components to ensure accuracy. The maximum speed of the machine is increased to 170 frames per minute.
