Fully automatic differential pressurefilter
1、 Product Features
Fully automatic differential pressurefilterProfessional removal of various viscous substances, colloidal particles, sediment, and other mechanical impurities from water to ensure the safety and reliability of system equipment.
Scope of Application
1. Heating in a heating system, a hot water circulation system for heating.
2. The cooling and freezing circulating water system for central air conditioning, chiller units, and refrigeration units.
3. Industrial and civilian cooling water, process cooling circulating water system.
4. Utilize geothermal water for bathing, heating circulation systems, etc.
3、 Product Features
1. Regarding the waterVarious viscous substances, adhesive particles, and mud and sand have excellent filtration effects.
2. Steel brushes have high strength, a wide brushing range, and require no manual cleaning.
3. The filter body is made of welded carbon steel, which has high strength, is not easily deformed, and has a long service life.
fourWorking principle
Fully automatic differential pressurefilterIt mainly consists of a cylinder, stainless steel filter screen, stainless steel brush, electric butterfly valve, and sewage device. When the filter is working, the butterfly valve opens, and water enters the filter through the inlet, passes through the filter screen, and flows out of the system. When the filter needs to discharge, close the butterfly valve, open the discharge valve, run the stainless steel brush, and the equipment will discharge.
fiveInstallation precautions
1. The equipment should be installed in a bypass manner to facilitate maintenance and repair without shutting down the machine.
2. This equipment can be installed horizontally or vertically according to the site conditions. The equipment must be connected to the pipeline in the direction of the inlet and outlet. When installed vertically, the inlet of the equipment faces upwards, and when installed horizontally, the outlet faces downwards.
3. Valves should be installed at the inlet, outlet, and drain outlet of the equipment (the drain valve should be a quick acting valve).
4. The net distance between devices should not be less than 1500mm; the net distance between devices and walls should not be less than 1000mm; and a maintenance space of not less than 500mm should be left between devices and their surroundings.
5. Pipe supports should be installed near the mouth of the equipment inlet and outlet pipelines; A bracket should be installed under valves with a diameter greater than or equal to DN150 that are directly connected to the container mouth.

sevenInstructions for use
1. Before running the system, check if the pipeline installation is correct.
2. Flush the system pipeline, and at this time, the inlet and outlet valves of the equipment must be closed, and the bypass valve must be opened.
3. After checking for accuracy, open the inlet valve, outlet valve, close the bypass valve, and drain valve.
be careful:If the system stops running for a long time or seasonally, an appropriate amount of corrosion inhibitor should be added to the water before the system stops running, and full water protection measures should be taken to reduce corrosion and protect the system.
