5.1 Consistency of braised dishes
The product characteristics of braised products mainly focus on the consistency of braised products to ensure the overall quality of the products. Therefore, our company uses a circulating water pump to forcibly circulate the brine, and the braised pipeline adopts an antenna coil that runs through the entire tank to ensure that the braised sauce in the tank remains consistent; If the pipeline is used for a long time, it may become blocked, so the pipeline needs to be detachable for easy cleaning.
During the product braising process, the accumulation of materials can result in inconsistent taste and color between the surface product and the central product. We have added an air pump tumbling device to replace the surface with the center position to ensure consistency in the brine production.
5.2 Heating treatment of braised ingredients
The heating of braised ingredients adopts an external heating tank integrated with the tank body. The braised sauce is continuously circulated into the tank body by a circulating water pump to avoid contaminating the product with braised ingredients.
5.3 Impurity treatment
In the process of cooking and brine boiling, foam type impurities will appear in the product. In order to prevent impurities from polluting the product, it is necessary to add a baffle filter device to block impurities and overflow them outside the tank through the overflow port for centralized treatment.
5.4 Honeycomb panel heating method
Compared to traditional closed pipe heating, the honeycomb heating method has a larger heat transfer area and faster heating, which is more than twice that of conventional closed pipe heating.

Honeycomb heating is attached to the outside of the tank, does not occupy space inside the tank, saves resources, and improves utilization efficiency;
