1、 Overview of the entire water treatment process
The whole process water processor combines ultrasonic technology and ultraviolet sterilization and disinfection functions. The electronic descaling device with a filter is a complete water treatment device; The product has functions such as anti scaling, anti-corrosion, sterilization, algae killing, and ultra clean filtration. The comprehensive performance of the equipment is much higher than that of general "RF water processors", "electronic water processors", and "magnetic water processors".
2、 Working principle
The comprehensive water treatment plant is mainly composed of high-quality carbon steel cylinder, specially structured stainless steel mesh, high-frequency electromagnetic field generator, corona field generator, and sewage discharge device. By using an activated iron filter membrane, mechanical filter variable diameter hole blocking, and corona effect field integrated filter body, the hardness substances and composite scales formed in various water systems under actual operating conditions are adsorbed and concentrated, reducing their concentration and achieving the goal of controlling dirt and most hardness scales. And through a transducer, specific frequency energy is converted to the processed medium - water, forming electromagnetic polarized water, causing the arrangement sequence and position of scaling ions to be twisted and deformed. When the water temperature rises to a certain level, the processed water needs a period of time to recover to its original state. At this stage, the probability of scaling is very low, thus achieving the goal of controlling the formation of hardness scale. 6、 Installation precautions
1. After the installation of the equipment and system pipelines is completed and the debugging is qualified, the power supply (AC 220V/50Hz) on the main distribution box of the equipment is connected, the indicator light on the distribution box is on, and the equipment is running normally.
2. Keep the controller casing dry.
3. The equipment can be installed horizontally or vertically according to the specific situation on site.
4. The net distance between devices should not be less than 1500mm; the net distance between devices and walls should not be less than 1000mm; and a maintenance space of not less than 500mm should be left between devices and their surroundings.
5. The water treated by this device should immediately enter the heated or circulating equipment, and no storage devices should be installed in between.
6. Pipe supports should be installed near the mouth of the equipment inlet and outlet pipelines; A bracket should be installed under valves with a diameter greater than or equal to DN150 that are directly connected to the container mouth.
7. Important parts can be installed in a bypass manner to facilitate equipment maintenance without stopping the machine.
