The Fulaike 6-8T/H air conditioner water softener boiler softened water treatment control valve is used to achieve fully automatic control of each step of the operation and regeneration of the water softener, and uses time, flow, or sensors to start regeneration. Adjust the FLECK series fully automatic water softener to use a time synchronous motor to control all working programs. Set the restoration cycle as needed within 7 or 12 days, and select the restoration time within 24 hours. The restoration process can also be adjusted. The Fulaik flow type fully automatic water softener adopts flow control for all working programs, and the equipment can provide continuous (or intermittent) water supply. The regeneration device is automatically started by the flow controller, and the regeneration program can be set according to the needs.
Fulike water softener working procedure:
1. Water supply: Untreated water passes through the resin layer, undergoes an exchange reaction, and produces soft water.
2. Backwash: Water enters from the lower part of the resin layer, loosens the resin, and removes fine impurities.
3. Salt water regeneration: Using high concentration salt water (NaCl) to flow through the resin, the failed resin is restored to sodium type usable resin.
4. Rinse: According to the process of water supply, rinse excess salt solution and regenerated calcium and magnesium ions through resin.
5. Water injection: Inject water into the salt tank to dissolve the salt for the next regeneration.
General requirements for the installation of Fulaik water softeners:
1. The inlet pressure should be between 0.2-0.5MPa. When the water source pressure cannot meet the requirements, a booster pump can be installed to increase the inlet pressure. If the pressure is too high, a pressure reducing valve should be installed to control the inlet pressure.
2. The inlet water temperature should be between 5-45 ℃, and the power supply should be AC 200V/50Hz.
3. The water softener should be installed on a sturdy platform with unobstructed drainage nearby and sufficient space for operation and maintenance.
4. The working environment temperature should be between 5-50 ℃, and the relative humidity should be ≤ 95% (at 5 ℃).
