The structural characteristics of the Fulaik 9500 water softener are as follows: one valve controls two tanks, with two pistons. One controls the regeneration program, while the other switches between the two tanks, and regeneration is initiated by flow rate. The valve body material is lead-free brass. Suitable for situations where continuous supply of softened water is required, the resin utilization rate is not high due to the use of a one for one backup form.
The Fulaik fully automatic water softener adopts the fixed bed sodium ion exchange softening method. When the fixed bed is running, the water flows through the sodium ion exchange resin layer from top to bottom, and the calcium and magnesium ions in the water exchange with the sodium ions in the resin, softening the raw water. The resin used is 001 × 7 strong acidic styrene cation exchange resin. After the sodium ion exchange resin fails, in order to restore its softening ability, sodium ion regenerators are used for regeneration, including both co current and counter current regenerators. The regenerator is generally a salt (NaCl) solution.
