Comprehensive protection for boiler operation safety includes over temperature protection, secondary overheating protection, real-time detection of scale on the heating surface, and anti freezing protection.

Once put into operation, the boiler runs automatically, with automatic adjustment and protection of water level, water temperature, etc. It can be turned on and off at regular intervals and started and stopped in sections on time. Boiler overpressure, overtemperature, low water level, power outage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, phase loss, overheat prevention, and other sudden faults can all be shut down in a timely manner, and manually reset after troubleshooting.

  • The classic shell type fully wet back flow three return structure allows the flame to burn under slight positive pressure in a large combustion chamber, fully extending, with low combustion heat load and low emissions of harmful substances such as NOx.

  • Adopting a waveform furnace structure to meet the need for free expansion of the furnace after being exposed to high temperature radiation.

  • The reasonable arrangement of the internal devices and various pipe openings in the pot optimizes the water circulation inside the pot, effectively preventing the formation of scale and improving the heat transfer efficiency on the water side.

  • There are condensation water discharge devices on the front and rear smoke boxes to reduce the corrosion of the heating surface by condensation water.
