After dehydration, the dryer can be directly packaged and can operate continuously (in conjunction with a continuous sterilizer). Put the disinfected product into the mesh belt conveyor, and the airflow generated by the dryer is sprayed out through the nozzle. The air temperature after drying is at room temperature, which protects the color and quality of the material itself.

Framework: The entire framework is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which meets the national standard for food safety production;
Fan: using air flow fans, with a spacing of about 1 meter between each set of fans, high air drying efficiency, and the fan height can be adjusted according to the product;

Stainless steel mesh cover: In order to prevent light materials from being blown away after air drying, perforated stainless steel mesh covers can be added at the gaps of the equipment to prevent the product from being blown away when it is inverted. The protective cover is detachable and easy to clean.
Fourth, electronic control system.

The control system and equipment are combined together, and a variable frequency reducer is used to adjust the drying speed of the material. The reducer drives the transmission chain to drive the mesh belt.
