Why do we need a modified atmosphere fresh-keeping box
Items packaged in controlled atmosphere boxes can reduce external impact and ensure product integrity
Strong freshness retention
The tightly sealed and sturdy air conditioning box can block the penetration of water and oxygen, prevent dust and moisture, and can be stored in the refrigerator for long-term refrigeration, effectively protecting the freshness of ingredients.

Fresh packaging: antioxidant and antibacterial | Unpackaged: Fast oxidation rate |
Long shelf life
Air conditioning boxes generally use vacuum rapid cooling and antibacterial treatment, which can effectively control microbial contamination and re contamination, prevent food oxidation, and extend the shelf life of food
Use a modified atmosphere fresh-keeping box | Unused modified atmosphere fresh-keeping box |
| |
Modified atmosphere packaging boxes can extend the shelf life of ingredients from one day to over seven days
Strong low-temperature impact resistance
After being frozen at -7 ℃ for several hours, the product can still maintain excellent performance, meet sensory requirements, performance and other physical and chemical indicators, and not become brittle under impact
Use a modified atmosphere fresh-keeping box | Unused modified atmosphere fresh-keeping box |

Fresh packaging: anti freezing, unchanged quality | Unpackaged: Not fresh, decreased quality |
packaging:
Common Packaging Materials
1) Polyolefins are divided into polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP)
Ethylene based polymer categories: ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), polyvinylidene chloride (PVC), polyvinylidene chloride copolymer (PVDC), ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH), etc
3) Polystyrene (PS)
4) Polyamide (PA)
5) Polyester (PET)
2. Precautions should be taken when selecting packaging materials
-The packaging box should be made of high barrier material, and the packaging film may vary depending on the characteristics of different products
-The packaging box should effectively block moisture, oxygen, and light transmission;
-The commonalities that packaging film should have are anti fogging, minimum light transmittance, and different product air permeability
Choosing different characteristic films, such as the respiration of fruits and vegetables, will affect the proportion of mixed gases,
It is necessary to rely on the breathability of the barrier film to maintain the balance of gas ratios;
Storage environment:
The optimal storage environment for modified atmosphere packaging is refrigeration. Currently, about 33% of refrigerated food in supermarket display cabinets is above 7 ℃, and about 5% is above 13 ℃. The average temperature in the refrigeration compartment of household refrigerators is 10 to 13 ℃. Obviously, the current cold chain conditions are not yet able to meet the refrigeration temperature and condition requirements for refrigerated food packaged in modified atmosphere or vacuum packaging. Many non respiratory refrigerated fresh foods (such as livestock, poultry, and fish) are recommended to be refrigerated at a temperature of 0-2 ℃, while many respiratory refrigerated fresh foods (such as apples, strawberries, and mushrooms) are recommended to be refrigerated at a temperature of 0-5 ℃. The temperature of the storage environment also directly affects the preservation effect of food.
