Traditional fire monitoring is mainly based on observation towers, supplemented by cruise aircraft and satellite monitoring. In large areas, fires are often caused by inconspicuous hidden fires. It is difficult to detect such hidden fire signs with existing ordinary monitoring systems. Therefore, the biggest advantage of using infrared thermal imagers compared to ordinary video surveillance methods is that they do not require visible light support. This greatly facilitates early detection and prevention of fires in areas limited by light or during nighttime detection, and greatly reduces the cost of fire prevention work.

Program objective:

This system will initially achieve forest coverage, realize night vision monitoring, unmanned forest fire alarm, and remote monitoring with 24-hour continuous scanning, implement the "three early" forest fire prevention strategy of "early detection, early deployment, and early extinguishing", and strive to extinguish forest fires at the budding or initial stage. Construct a forest monitoring center, realize a digital intelligent alarm center, and achieve the "digitalization, high-definition, and intelligence" of the forestry bureau's monitoring system. Based on front-end video monitoring, with automatic fire warning as the condition, and digital communication as the means, realize the digitization of forestry fire prevention management.

Scheme design:


1. Video capture system

The video capture system is the eye of the video surveillance system in key fire hazard areas. It inputs the system's discrimination signal through video capture of the monitoring area, and ultimately determines the fire situation through the system. The acquisition system consists of a visible light recognition system, an infrared recognition system, an electronic image stabilization module, a pan tilt zoom and cover system, which completes the video information acquisition task, provides clear and stable video image data for the subsequent processing system, and can achieve 360 degree full coverage. It can accurately determine technical parameters such as pitch angle and azimuth angle, and can achieve horizontal and pitch movements at various speeds.


2. Fire search system

The system has three search modes: turntable uniform rotation search mode, turntable step search mode, and high-precision search mode for key area coverage. By using image intelligent smoke recognition algorithm, the visible light and infrared images collected by the video capture system are analyzed to alert the fire and synchronously track the fire search in real time; Control the video capture system, zoom in on the image, and conduct a full coverage scan of the area where the fire occurred; It can achieve complementary discrimination between infrared and visible light, and has video processing capabilities such as image stabilization, denoising, and enhancement to improve the efficiency of fire search; Support flexible setting of parameters such as discrimination threshold to meet the needs of different environments and seasons. The fireworks recognition engine adopts a dynamic cruise scanning and static recognition secondary mechanism for fireworks recognition and alarm.


3. Basic system

The supporting equipment for front-end equipment installation, security, power supply, and signal transmission includes basic iron towers and lightning protection grounding subsystems, network transmission subsystems, power supply electronic systems, and base station security subsystems. Each subsystem is independently designed based on the actual situation of the project location.


4. Intelligent fire warning platform subsystem

The main window for human-computer interaction in the system provides a series of functions such as video access, control forwarding, on-demand playback, alarm output, management control, and role permissions, which comply with relevant national industry regulations and requirements.
