This is the chemical reaction of some inorganic salt substances in water at high temperatures, resulting in the precipitation of carbonates. We usually use the indicator of "hardness" to represent the content of calcium and magnesium ions in water. In written terms, the hardness of water initially refers to the ability of calcium and magnesium ions in water to precipitate soap hydration solution. The total hardness of water refers to the total concentration of calcium and magnesium ions in water, including carbonate hardness (i.e. calcium and magnesium ions that can precipitate in the form of carbonates through heating, also known as temporary hardness) and non carbonate hardness (i.e. the portion of calcium and magnesium ions that cannot precipitate after heating). When hard water passes through the resin layer, the calcium and magnesium ions of the hard water are adsorbed by the resin layer, and the sodium ions are released. This cycle continues until all calcium and magnesium ions are adsorbed. The standards used in industry, ranging from 1 to 10, are called hard water, and even higher ones are called high hard water. In the primitive state, we cannot see the ions contained in the water. Hardness water poses many hazards to human health, as well as the risk of explosion in some large boiler equipment. Product principle:
Reverse osmosis is a high-tech membrane separation technology that mainly utilizes the permeation principle of semi permeable membranes to apply a pressure in a certain way that is opposite to the natural permeation direction, causing water in concentrated solutions to permeate into dilute solutions. This method is called reverse osmosis. The so-called reverse osmosis refers to applying a pressure higher than the osmotic pressure of the solution itself at the inlet of the raw water (reverse pressure), allowing water to pass through the membrane. The dissolved impurities in the raw water cannot pass through the membrane and are discharged from the concentrated water end, thus achieving the purpose of desalination.
