The constant pressure variable frequency water supply equipment is a cutting-edge pressurized water supply device composed of the latest performance PID variable frequency control cabinet and two or more water pumps in parallel, which can automatically adjust to meet the user's constant pressure variable water supply requirements. The pressure of the water supply network remains constant, and the entire water supply system always maintains the optimal state of high efficiency and energy conservation. There are two types of water supply methods: variable frequency water supply and pressure water supply. Variable frequency water supply is an ideal water supply method that automatically adjusts the speed of a certain water pump or puts multiple water pumps into/out of operation to maintain a constant pressure in the water supply network. Maintain constant pressure
The device detects the outlet pressure in real-time through a pressure sensor, compares the detected value with the set value, and determines the number of motors and suction pumps to be put into operation and the output frequency of the frequency converter (reflected as the motor and water pump speed), in order to achieve the goal of constant pressure water supply.
Power outage and continuous water supply
When the power supply line is cut off, the system achieves uninterrupted water supply through 747D and bypass methods, that is, the system automatically switches to municipal tap water pressure supply during power outage.
Highly automated
The system can achieve fully automatic control, with functions such as manual/automatic switching, timed rotation of main and auxiliary pumps, pressure adjustment, constant voltage, high and low voltage protection, under phase protection, leakage protection, overload protection, overheating protection, water shortage protection, stopping without water, and instantaneous trip protection. Alternatively, the human-machine interface can be configured according to user needs, allowing for visual remote adjustment, detection, and maintenance.

When the water consumption is low (such as at night), the system is supplied with a low-power pump with variable frequency speed regulation and constant pressure water supply. The system has been running at a high efficiency point. Therefore, it greatly reduces operating costs. It can save over 60% of energy.
