The preparation process of polymer solution is gradually processed by grading each solution tank. The solution tanks are separated from each other. Ensure optimal reaction time and constant concentration in each solution tank. Avoid any direct pathways between the pre tank and the final solution tank. The device is automatically controlled by a control box. This control box is connected to the liquid level gauge installed on the final solution tank. Once the liquid level reaches the "low level", the electric inlet valve is triggered to open. The contact type flowmeter starts the dry injection process. The size of the dry injection is determined by the amount of water to obtain accurate concentration. Once it reaches the "high level", this cycle process stops. Of course, two (or three) mixers are still working. This device is also used to continuously and automatically prepare latex like cationic, anionic, or non-ionic polymers into solutions with standard dilution concentrations (0.3-5g/L). Although it is generally believed that latex like polymers require significantly less curing time to produce standard solutions than powdered polymers, it is always recommended to have sufficient curing time in order to achieve optimal drug consumption.
