Fluorescence hyperspectral imaging system
Fluorescence hyperspectral imaging system
Product details

IMA ™ The hyperspectral microscope platform can provide the same high spectral and spatial resolution. Configure this modular system to quickly scan VIS, NIR, and/or SWIR spectra, and simultaneously plot combinations of photoluminescence, electroluminescence, fluorescence, reflected light, and transmitted light. Each IMA ™ All are equipped with high-throughput global imaging filters; This enables it to measure million pixel hypercubes faster than hyperspectral systems that rely on scanning spectra.

IMA ™ I have opened the door for you

  • Perform complex material analysis, such as solar cell characterization and semiconductor quality control (e.g. perovskite, GaAs, SiC, CIS, CIGS, etc.).

  • Study IR labeling in complex environments, including living cells and tissues. Taking the spectral heterogeneity of IR fluorescent groups emitted in the second biological window as an example.

  • Retrieve dark field images and obtain contrast between transparent and unstained samples (such as polymers, crystals, or live cells).

characteristic

  • Fast global mapping (non scanning)
  • High spatial and spectral resolution
  • Complete system (source, microscope, camera, filters, software)
  • nondestructive analysis
  • customizable
  • Visible light range from 400 to 1000 nm, SWIR range from 900 nm to 1700 nm
