Product details
This equipment uses drug demulsification, coagulation, and floating separation to remove the main emulsified oil in a chemical demulsification tank, and then purifies the emulsion wastewater through electrolytic flotation, filtration, and activated carbon adsorption.
This equipment consists of a power supply device, a chemical demulsification tank, an electrolysis device, an electric flotation tank, a filter, an activated carbon column, and a water pump. The power supply device supplies direct current to the entire equipment group, as well as power to the water pump and motor. The electrolysis device consists of two parts: a rotating electrode and a flat electrode. The rotating electrode cathode is made of stainless steel and the anode is made of aluminum. It mainly generates the amount of gas required for demulsification, coagulation, and electroflotation.
2、 Introduction
The sources of oily wastewater include various machinery manufacturing industries, steel and other metal smelting, petroleum refining, petrochemicals, meat processing, vegetable oil production, artificial leather, leather, paint and ink manufacturing industries, as well as cleaning wastewater from engines of transportation vehicles such as ships, vehicles, and airplanes.
Due to the different sources of wastewater, the types, concentrations, and characteristics of oily wastewater also vary. Generally speaking, oily wastewater can be divided into:
1. Floating oil film or oil layer formed on the water surface.
2. Micro sized oil droplets dispersed in water, suspended and not separated as dispersed oil.
3. The water contains surfactants that emulsify oil molecules into a highly stable and turbid emulsified oil (or emulsion).
