The cooler body is composed of cooler tubes, fixed orifice plates, movable orifice plates, baffle plates, etc. Connect the two ends of the cooler tube to the fixed and movable orifice plates; The fixed hole disk is connected to the outer flange, and the movable hole disk can freely expand and contract inside the outer body, taking into account the impact of temperature on the cooling tube due to thermal expansion and contraction. The baffle plays a role in enhancing heat transfer and supporting the cooler tubes.

The heat medium of a water-cooled cooler flows through the inlet of the connecting pipe on the cylinder, sequentially passing through various baffle channels and meandering to the outlet of the connecting pipe. The cooling medium adopts a dual pass flow, that is, the cooling medium enters half of the cooling pipes through the inlet and the water distribution cover, and then flows into the other half of the cooling pipes through the return cover and enters the water distribution cover and outlet pipe on the other side. In the process of dual tube flow, the cold medium absorbs the waste heat released by the heat medium and discharges it through the outlet to maintain the rated working temperature of the working medium.
