The equipment adopts CO2 gas shielded welding and utilizes advanced CNC welding system as the main control unit. The driving motor adopts servo motor and driver to ensure reliable welding quality, high production efficiency, and easy operation of the weld seam. Not only does it improve efficiency and ensure stable welding quality during the production process, but it also improves the operating environment. Main structural features The automatic welding machine adopts a cantilever structure, consisting of a base, cantilever beam, welding gun lifting mechanism, walking mechanism and rotating mechanism, manual three-dimensional fine-tuning mechanism, electrical control cabinet, and straight handle welding gun.
