Rotary valves can meet the requirements of high flow capacity and high performance. Common rotary valve products include butterfly valves, eccentric rotary ball plug valves, full bore pipeline ball valves, high-performance butterfly valves, and non full bore (V-groove) ball valves.
  
Eccentric plug valve
  
Fischer eccentric rotary valve adopts eccentric installation of valve core or ball core, which combines the efficiency of rotary valve and the durability of ball valve. The Fisher V500 is designed for harsh and/or corrosive operating conditions, featuring sealed bearings, oversized one-piece valve shafts, and replaceable wear-resistant valve internals made of various stainless steel to ceramic materials. The Fisher CV500 has the same robustness and durability as the Fisher V500, but it uses segmented ball cores as control components rather than as valve cores. The capacity of CV500 is higher than that of V500, and it has equal percentage characteristics, which can achieve better control performance. Both valves use spline valve shafts, which do not produce idle when connected to Fisher rotary actuators.
  
Eccentric plug control valve is a flanged or clamped eccentric valve with a reversible metal seat and spline shaft. CV500 offers sizes ranging from NPS 3 to 12 (DN 80 to 300) and pressure ratings of CL150/300/600 (PN 10 to PN 100). The cam rotation of the ball valve allows for large capacity flow, and the valve body (similar to V500) is strong and sturdy.
  
Excellent flow characteristics - The precision contour machining of the V-shaped groove ball valve provides corrected percentage flow characteristics.
  
High flow capacity - unrestricted direct flow design has higher flow capacity than many traditional ball valves and rotary eccentric valves
  
Long service life of valve seat - The patented V-shaped groove ball valve rotates in and out of the valve seat, minimizing contact with the valve seat and reducing wear and friction. The V-shaped groove ball valve does not contact the valve seat during throttling operation. S31600 (316 stainless steel) or R30006 (alloy 6) valve seat rings have two shut-off surfaces that can be easily reversed, reducing downtime.
  
Single piece valve body - The valve body is a single piece casting. Therefore, there will be no leakage of the sealing gasket due to pipeline pressure.
  
Multi functional operation - self centering valve seat and sturdy V-shaped groove ball valve can use tight shut-off function in any flow direction, allowing forward or reverse flow
  
Easy Installation - The integrated valve flange can be matched with many different types of pipeline flanges to meet various pipeline requirements. Flanges minimize exposed pipeline flange connections, shorten alignment and installation time, facilitate the installation of safety valves, and improve pipeline sealing. The clamp type valve automatically centers during pipeline connection, making installation simple and convenient.
  
Easy and convenient assembly and maintenance - When tightening the fastener, there is no need for special positioning, precise clamping, or repeated centering of the V-shaped groove ball core and valve seat, which helps to accurately align and simplify assembly
  
Acid resistance - valve internals and bolt materials are suitable for applications that handle acidic fluids and gases. Its structure meets the requirements of NACE MR0175-2002.
  
The structure is sturdy and durable, with a sturdy valve seat and tight shut-off of the ball valve. The ultra large diameter shaft and sturdy valve core components can withstand significant pressure drops.
  
Reliable performance - The patented valve seat adopts a self centering, self overlapping, and dynamically aligned V-shaped groove ball core design, achieving excellent cycle life. Optional sealed metal bearings help avoid particle aggregation and valve shaft jamming in harsh applications.
