Fisher 4320
The Fisher 4320 wireless position monitor is a non-contact wireless position transmitter and limit switch. This sturdy and durable measuring device provides accurate wireless feedback signals to indicate device position through range percentage (%) and on/off indication. 4320 can be used for monitoring equipment such as valves, linear regulators, displacement and float type float level sensors, as well as safety valves
Reliable wireless connection - This wireless HART self-organizing network provides the required high-level communication reliability for process control applications.
Minimize Maintenance - The patented sensing design provides more accurate monitoring and eliminates common material losses in traditional limit switches and position transmitters. Thus avoiding frequent maintenance, repair, and recalibration. The standard version of this device uses a power module, and its expected module lifespan meets the requirements of typical maintenance intervals.
Easy to implement - no pipeline easement or permit required, saving time, cost, and effort in documenting cable routing and related design instructions. No wiring is required, thus shortening the execution time of equipment installation, setup, and debugging. Usually, the time required for several months can be shortened to a few hours.
Sturdy structure - The shell is made of engineering resin, suitable for use in most areas, including corrosive areas.
Diagnosis - pre-defined device, network, and system diagnostics allow you to intuitively understand detailed information about device health and communication capabilities. The scope of equipment diagnosis includes whether the equipment has completed verification and the health status of the power module. And measure the number of cycles completed by the monitored equipment.
Note:
A cycle refers to the change from the open position to the closed position, and vice versa. This is determined by the motion after the trigger point in each direction.
Security - This wireless HART self-organizing network has encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms, providing the required level of security for process location and information technology (IT) industries.
