Fisher1035/El-O-Matic rotary pneumatic actuator from the United States
Product details

The Fisher 1035/El-O-Matic rack and pinion rotary actuator offers two structures: double acting and spring return. The spring reset device can provide a fault mode for the valve under the action of spring compression force. The execution mechanism can change its mode of action on site.
Balanced piston design - As part of the design, three equidistant bearing surfaces are poured onto each piston. The gear and rack structure evenly distributes the bearing load, fits the gear and rack together, and reduces the inclination of the piston. Apply balanced spring force to each piston to extend the service life of the actuator
Three-point suspension system-Three carbon filled polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) guide bars provide low friction bearing surfaces for the piston and rack support. Eliminating metal to metal contact between the piston and cylinder wall reduces friction, resulting in excellent cycle life, smooth piston stroke, and maximum power.
Diversified structureIt can be easily converted from a double acting type to a spring return type (and vice versa), thereby reducing the need for spare parts. The action mode of the valve/actuator is also reversible on site.
Dual limiter adjustmentThis adjustment is a standard configuration for all E-series actuators. The P series actuator has a limited position plate adjustment function.
Double piston design- Air pressure applies balanced pressure between conventional small gears. The symmetrical balanced center installation structure eliminates excessive pressure on the valve stem, bearings, and disc.

Fisher Company Introduction
Fischer Control Equipment International Limited was founded in 1880. At that time, in Marshalltown, Iowa, USA, our founder William Fisher invented the first pump regulator and planted Fisher's seeds in the small town. Since then, Fisher has achieved tremendous development through years of hard work and has become a recognized brand.
Emerson purchased Fischer in 1992 and merged with another world leader in the process instrumentation field, Rosemount, to establish Fischer Rosemount to better meet our customers' requirements for a complete range of applications and process control. In April 2001, Fischer Rosemount was renamed Emerson Process Management.
  Fischer's business scope
The industries served include: petroleum and gas, paper and pulp, oil refining, food and beverage, chemical and petrochemical, pharmaceuticals, electricity, metals and smelting, semiconductors; The product and service scope includes: control valves and actuators, digital valve controllers, digital level controllers, AMS ValveLink software, field installed instruments, quick replacement parts services, regulators, etc.
