Product Features
Our company integrates and introduces advanced technologies from companies such as the UK and Germany, equipped with advanced processing equipment and comprehensive testing devices, to produce explosion-proof corrugated flame arresters. These flame arresters have the advantages of compact structure, high reliability, explosion-proof, anti-corrosion, and strong flame retardant performance of flame retardant core components, and are easy to clean. They are particularly suitable for special media such as hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, and liquefied gas.
Explosion proof and flame retardant ventilation caps are mainly used at the end of combustible gas pipelines/storage tanks for exhaust and flame retardant purposes. Compared to pipeline flame arresters, they are relatively inexpensive, and with a rainproof cap on the upper part, they are more suitable for end installation.

Installation And Maintenance
1. The flame arrester should be inspected every six months to check whether the flame arrester core is blocked, deformed, corroded, etc.
2. The blocked flame retardant core should be cleaned thoroughly to ensure that each hole on the core is unobstructed. The deformed and corroded flame retardant layer should be replaced. 3. When reinstalling the fire-resistant layer core, it should be ensured that the joint surface is tight and there is no air leakage.
