Structure of digital intelligent fire inspection cabinet:
Mainly composed of: parameter input unit (human-machine interface), intermediate control unit, drive speed regulation unit, flag input and other units.
1. Parameter input unit (human-machine interface):
Adopting a small touch screen as the human-machine interface, all operating parameters are set and changed through the human-machine interface. The human-machine interface adopts a Chinese menu and has a data memory function. Through the human-machine interface, the parameters of the mechanical and electrical operation during inspection can be displayed. When the fire pump malfunctions, the human-machine interface displays the overall location of the problem and issues an alarm flag, while ending the transient parameter memory during the malfunction.
2. Intermediate manipulation unit:
The intermediate control unit primarily receives parameters set from the human-machine interface and various flags of the fire pipeline and circuit. Through the PLC's pace, the drive system is manipulated. Under the control of the intermediate control unit, the low-frequency current of the driving speed control unit is separated by the communication contactor to supply low-frequency power to the surveyed fire water pump, causing the fire water pump to operate at a low speed according to the set cycle and reach the target of each survey. When a fire alarm is triggered, the programmable controller receives a fire command, and the inspection cabinet automatically stops working instantly. At the same time, the flag is released, and the fire distribution cabinet is started to supply power to the fire pump, which has the function of extinguishing the fire.
3. Drive speed regulation unit:
The drive speed regulation unit is a frequency conversion speed regulation device specially customized by our company for digital intelligent fire inspection. This drive speed regulation unit has the characteristics of high low-frequency transmission torque and strong overload capability, which is particularly suitable for starting and running the fire water pump at low speeds. The drive speed regulation unit is equipped with a parameter configuration panel, which can configure parameters such as frequency, employment mode, and control method. The drive speed regulation unit also has overload alarm and automatic protection functions. When the fire water pump malfunctions during inspection, the drive speed regulation unit will issue an alarm flag and automatically stop running. The configuration of the drive speed regulation unit is also relatively simple and easy to implement.
4. Flag input unit:
Flag search is carried out by the flag input unit, and various flags of the fire protection system, such as the pressure flag of the fire pipeline, the liquid level flag of the fire water source, the behavior flag of the control circuit, and the fire control flag in the middle, are all passed through the flag input unit to enter the middle control unit. The middle control unit uses the input flag to make judgments and issue behavior instructions.


The functions of the fire inspection cabinet:
Regular automatic low-frequency, low-speed, and pressure free inspections of fire pumps;
