When the weak current signal and hard wire start relay fail and the secondary circuit and electrical faults in the fire pump control cabinet cannot make the fire pump start automatically or manually, in case of a fire emergency, this provision mandates that as long as the control circuit in the fire pump control cabinet is damaged under normal power supply conditions, the pump can be forcibly started directly to ensure timely firefighting.
