[Testing Operation Steps]
1. Sampling method
Connect a dry stainless steel tube to the outlet valve of the heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing agent cylinder. The stainless steel tube should be as short as possible. Turn on the cylinder valve slightly, release heptafluoropropane, flush the valve and connecting pipe for 1 minute, and then quickly connect the end of the connecting pipe to the valve of the sampling cylinder. Place the sampling cylinder on the platform scale (if necessary, the sampling cylinder can be placed in an ice salt bath), open the outlet valve of the heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing agent cylinder, open the valve of the sampling cylinder, and inject the heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing agent into it. Determine the weight of the injected sample based on the weight change indicated on the platform scale. After the sampling is completed, first close the valve of the sampling steel cylinder, and then close the valve of the steel cylinder filled with heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing agent, and remove the connecting pipe. All experiments should be conducted with liquid phase sampling
2. Measurement steps
Start the gas chromatograph and adjust the instrument according to the specified conditions to stabilize the instrument and meet the requirements
Connect the heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing agent sampling cylinder to the sampling tube, pour down the cylinder (take liquid phase gasification sample), open the cylinder valve, let the heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing agent exhaust for 1S~3S, and then introduce it into the gas chromatograph for measurement
Determination of purity of heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing agent using area normalization method
Take the arithmetic mean of three parallel measurements to determine the results, and the absolute deviation of each measurement should not exceed 0.05%
