After the raw ore material is finely crushed, it is sent to a small silo by a hoist, and then uniformly and continuously fed into the main grinding room by a vibrating feeder. The force generated by the high-pressure spring and the high-speed rotation of the main shaft are converted into strong centrifugal force, and the grinding roller swings outward, pressing tightly against the grinding ring. The shovel picks up the material and sends it between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. Under the strong centrifugal force, the rolling and rolling of the grinding roller can grind the material more efficiently in one go. The fine powder after material grinding is carried into the squirrel cage analyzer for sorting by the circulating air of the blower. The fine and coarse materials fall back for regrinding, and the qualified fine powder enters the finished product cyclone powder collector with the airflow and is discharged through the powder outlet pipe, which is the finished product. In the grinding chamber, there is a certain amount of moisture in the material being ground, which generates heat during grinding, evaporates water vapor, and the various pipeline interfaces of the whole machine are not tight. External gas is sucked in, increasing the circulating air pressure and ensuring that the mill works under negative pressure. The increased air flow is discharged into the dust collector through the residual air duct, purified, and then discharged into the atmosphere.
