The device has been successfully applied in: tail gas purification of spray drying tower in ceramic factory, tail gas purification after glass kiln, tail gas purification of coal fired and oil fired boilers with various evaporation capacity, waste gas purification of oil injection workshop in circuit board factory, waste gas purification of sewage circulating pool in refinery and tail gas purification generated by oil production waste gas combustion. The device has completed the mechanical design of a series of products and the formulation of chemical parts for different types and concentrations of exhaust gases. It is equipped with a pre-treatment device for exhaust gases with high dust concentration. The system resistance of this device is extremely low, saving more than 20% of power consumption compared to similar products. For the exhaust gas discharged into the underground flue with an induced draft fan, this device has a horizontal installation form, so there is no need to equip another power device.

Acid mist purification tower

Acid mist purification tower, also known as acid gas purification tower, acid mist purification tower, acid mist absorption tower, waste gas purification tower, and fiberglass acid mist purification tower, has the characteristics of wide application range, high purification efficiency, low equipment resistance, and small footprint. It can produce various specifications and uses of fiberglass acid mist purification tower products. The fiberglass acid mist purification tower is an improved product that adopts the latest scientific achievements of Tsinghua University and combines the advantages of similar purification towers at home and abroad. Tsinghua University has redesigned the purification tower produced by our factory, adopting a first stage bubbling, two-stage spraying, and four stage absorption. At the same time, the technical parameters of the packing layer and tower body have been optimized, and the purification efficiency can reach 98%. The purified acid mist exhaust gas is much lower than the national emission standards, making it the most ideal high concentration and high temperature acid-base purification equipment at home and abroad.
