1. The purification efficiency is reliable. During the trial production process, the company has conducted simulated production tests on three representative specifications of purification towers in the series, namely DGS-5, DGS-7.5, and DGS-20. A large amount of data has been obtained, and after analysis and sorting, the average purification rate of hydrogen chloride gas is over 95%, and the sulfuric acid mist reaches 90% -95%.

2. The DGS series acid mist purification tower adopts sodium hydroxide solution as the absorption and neutralization solution with reasonable structural design. The acid mist exhaust gas is pressed into the middle inner cylinder of the purification tower by a fan to form a pressure chamber, and then distributed to each bubble tube through the pressure weighting chamber. The exhaust gas enters the absorption and neutralization liquid in the storage tank through the bubble tube to generate bubbles. The bubbles pass through the filter ring layer, allowing the gas-liquid to fully contact again, and then are discharged into the atmosphere through the dehydration air. Based on the above design principles, the structure of a general fiberglass purification tower has been improved, and the following measures have been taken:

(1) Eliminating the circulation water pump system of general purification towers;

(2) We have adopted a new filter material with a large specific surface area, high perforation rate, uniform hole arrangement, regular arrangement, and minimal groove retention, called a circular flower wreath, to replace the commonly used Bao'er ring filter material in China.

Installation and maintenance

1. Users should carry out concrete foundation construction based on the basic data provided by our company. 5. If the fan is installed indoors, the motor of the fan should be protected from rain.

6. 7. To ensure the liquid level in the storage tank and prevent the liquid level from rising or falling when the fan is turned on or off,After turning on the fan, open the float water supply valve.
