Fiber ball filter material is made by tying fiber threads together. Compared with traditional steel particle filter material, it has the advantages of good elasticity, no floating surface, large gaps, long working cycle, and low head loss. During the filtration process, the gaps in the filter layer gradually decrease along the direction of water flow, which is more in line with the ideal filter material. The pores are larger at the top and smaller at the bottom, resulting in high efficiency, fast filtration rate (20-85m/h), large interception capacity, good filtration effect, and renewability. It uses air and water backwashing, with a flushing water volume of 1-2% of the filtered water volume, and is suitable for filtering various water qualities. The filling height of fiber ball filter material is 120cm, and after water enters, the fiber ball filter material naturally decreases by about 30cm.

This product is made of high aldehyde vinylon and fixed polyester yarn as raw materials. By repeatedly contacting the surface of the wastewater with a large number of biological groups attached to it and oxygenation, suspended solids and organic matter in the wastewater are degraded to achieve the treatment goal.
