The dense pleated design of FeinAir II can achieve maximum dust holding capacity with minimal resistance, thereby reducing operating costs. The filter support bracket fixed on the module frame is attached to the top of the pleat layer to further ensure the pleat space. A consistent pleated space allows the airflow to pass evenly through the entire filter surface, ensuring lower resistance and fully utilizing the depth of the filter material to achieve higher dust holding capacity. This design allows FeinAir II to have only one-third the thickness of traditional corrugated aluminum baffle filters and maintain the same filter paper area.
