2、 Overview of the Plan
1. Design a more stable, reliable, and secure wireless communication network solution for power monitoring based on intelligent sensor networks and monitoring software, to achieve wireless transmission of data from power monitoring devices;
2. Choose a product solution that is stable, reliable, and easy to install, use, and maintain;
3. At each monitoring point, power monitoring instruments and corresponding wireless transmission devices are configured, and electricity data is directly uploaded to the intelligent gateway through a wireless sensor network;
4. Monitoring room, equipped with one monitoring computer, one XL.view monitoring software, and one XL90 smart gateway. The intelligent gateway reads data from power monitoring instruments through wireless networks and forwards the data to the monitoring computer via Ethernet.
5. The XL.view monitoring software running on the monitoring computer reads the data uploaded by the XL90 intelligent gateway and performs analysis, statistics, calculations, judgments, and other processing. It displays real-time electricity consumption data of each monitoring point on the human-machine interface, generates historical data, reports, curves, alarms, and other user required information.

It supports 2 Ethernet ports, RS485 and 1 RS232 serial port, wireless transmission and other uplink methods, and can choose wireless transmission methods such as GPRS, 433MHz, 2.4GHz, etc.

It has a wide range of applications, does not require wiring, reduces operation and maintenance costs, is easy to install, plug and play, suitable for wireless monitoring and early warning in computer rooms, machine station power and environmental monitoring systems, low-voltage distribution monitoring systems, power data monitoring systems, factory machinery and equipment, production line operation status monitoring systems, production information collection systems, etc.
2. Intelligent measurement and control device
Intelligent measurement and control device, integrating data acquisition, warning control, wireless transmission and other functions, with low power consumption, high stability, supporting on-site debugging of mobile WiFi, also known as wireless data acquisition terminal, wireless measurement and control terminal, wireless controller, etc. It belongs to wireless sensor network products, supporting 4-channel DI, 4-channel DO, 5-channel analog input, 1-channel RS485, optional GPRS, 433MHz, 2.4GHZ and other wireless transmission methods.

It reads data from relevant devices through RS485 interface and uploads it wirelessly. GPRS, 433MHz, 2.4GHZ and other wireless transmission methods can be selected.

It has a wide range of applications, does not require wiring, reduces operation and maintenance costs, is easy to install, plug and play, and is suitable for low-voltage distribution monitoring systems, automatic meter reading systems, building energy management systems, computer rooms, station dynamic environmental monitoring systems, etc.
4. Power monitoring instrument
Power monitoring instruments mainly monitor three-phase voltage, current, active and reactive power, power factor, frequency, electrical energy, etc. They are installed on rails and equipped with open-loop current transformers for easy installation. The direct voltage input can reach up to 600VAC (no PT required).
Power monitoring instruments have multiple wiring methods, including three-phase four wire, three-phase four wire balance, three-phase three wire, three-phase three wire balance, one phase two wire, and one phase three wire. They are wirelessly connected to intelligent sensor networks via 2.4GHz or 433MHz.
5. Configuration monitoring software
Configuration monitoring software, no need to install client software, just open the browser to monitor data, supports PC, mobile and PAD monitoring, also known as upper computer monitoring software and upper computer monitoring system.
